The H-2A Visa program is an agricultural labor visa designed to allow farms to hire temporary foreign farmworkers. In practice, this program is deeply harmful to farmworkers and our food system, with legacies of exploitation, abuse, and wage suppression. Tuesday, Sahara Valentine, one of our supporters and a WWU student, will present their senior research project on the H-2A visa program with support from our team!
