Every spring on April 22nd Evergreen State College, Familias Unidas Por La Jusitica and C2C honor José Gómez, a farmworker and professor at Evergreen State College who was a life-long activist for farmworker justice, LGBTQ+ justice and labor organizing. This year we will host a livestream and watch party of the event at our Downtown Bellingham Centro.

José Gomez Day is an opportunity to hear directly from farmworker leadership about the issues farmworkers face and the changes needed to build a justice food system. This event will be drop in between 10 AM - 2 PM, with the panel happening from 11 AM - 1 PM. Please join us if you can!
